Now under Reports: Progress Reports- w/Activities there is a hyperlink to each student's WPR! You can edit educational activities as long as attendance hasn't been verified.
We want to let you know we’ve made some improvements and changes to the WPR process based on your feedback.
With each update, we are responding to your suggestions and concerns. Our goal is to make the process more efficient and manageable, so you have more time to do what you do best...TEACH!

WPR Procedural Changes:
Frequency of Entering Educational Activity ~ How Often Do I Enter Educational Activity?
Blank Master Plan Agreements ~ Can I use a Blank Master ISP Agreement Until the Student is in Oasis?
Yes, if your student isn’t officially enrolled in Oasis, use a Blank Master ISP Agreement. However, once the student is enrolled, print the Master ISP Agreement from Oasis and have the student sign it.
Student Trackers ~ Do my students have to use a Student Tracker?
The results of the ISP Survey indicated some teachers and students don't find the Student Tracker useful. The purpose of the Student Tracker is to keep track of daily work and to help students progress on their educational path. However, as professionals, individualize the process which works best for each of your students. Perhaps the tracker works for some students but something else may work better for others.
Detailed Educational Activity ~ What do I Enter for Educational Activity?
Scanning of Work Samples and Registration Documents ~ Do I need to label each sample? No!
Schedules/Flexibility ~ We know all sites are different, so there isn’t a “One Size Fits All” solution.
